Creating Relationships Between Objects (Associating Objects)

You can create a relationship between two objects by associating one object to another. This is done by opening one object, expanding the related topic, and adding the required object to that topic.

For example, you can associate a person to an object by opening the object you want in the Content pane, expanding the Persons topic, and adding the person you want.

Note: To create generic object relationships, you must have the New Object Instances > Relationship permission.
Note: To break a relationship, you must have the Link Independent Objects > Break Relationship permission.
